In order to be eligible for an apartment in all facilities, a person must be 62 years of age or older, or have a spouse who is and whose income(s) are less than those listed for each facility below.

All Community Housing by Pacific Retirement Services facilities comply fully with Federal Fair Housing Laws. Applicants will not be discriminated against with regard to race, color, religion, gender, disability, familial status, national origin or other class protected by State or local law.

Rent and utilities are based on 30% of a person’s adjusted gross income (gross income minus all medically related expenses). The average size of an apartment is 520 square feet. The one-bedroom apartments are all equipped with a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and storage closets. Each apartment is equipped with an emergency pull cord system that is monitored by a local alarm company. All of the facilities (except Royal Loto Apartments) feature an elevator, community room, laundry facilities, and in-house mail delivery.

For Ross Knotts and Donald E. Lewis Retirement Centers persons under the age of 62 who are in need of a Mobility Accessible Unit may qualify for housing. Applicants for all other facilities must be 62 years of age or older.

**Designates a 100% smoke-free facility. Smoking is not permitted in apartment or interior common areas. All other communities are smoke-free unless a resident moved in PRIOR to January 1, 2007, as they are permitted to smoke only in their apartment.

All facilities comply with Federal Fair Housing regulations, accepting age-qualified residents without regard to national origin or gender, race, color, religion, disability, or familial status.
