Magnolia Heights Retirement Community is located in Mansfield, Texas. Mansfield is a fast growing community with many amenities close by to our site. The shopping, restaurants, medical facilities, and churches are close by. The Mansfield Library and Senior Center offer a variety of learning programs and social events throughout the year in a highly active environment.

Magnolia Heights Retirement Community (MHRC) is a scheduled to open in October of 2008. MHRC is brand new construction, modern and safe, three-story building with air-conditioned apartments featuring smoke detectors, fire sprinklers, and emergency pull-cords. It offers a comfortable and secure environment and is composed of 64 one-bedroom apartments. The building has inside resident mailboxes, in-house laundry facilities, computer learning center and a community room for games, parties, and other recreational activities. A management team oversees the daily facility operations and routine maintenance.

Magnolia Heights Retirement Community is part of Community Housing by Pacific Retirement Services in Medford, Oregon. It complies with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development requirements for Section 202 Elderly Housing. Applicants must meet the income, age and posted Tenant Selection Plan.
